DzenClean Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the DzenClean mobile application (hereafter referred to as the "Application"), developed by Alexarix Ltd (hereafter referred to as the "Service Provider"), and provided as a free utility. The Application is offered "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All processing occurs entirely on your device. The Application does not collect any personally identifiable information, usage data, or analytics. It does not track your behavior or activity within the app.
The Application does not request or store any information related to your identity, location, contacts, or photos unless you explicitly interact with its features (e.g., duplicate cleaning or secret folder). Any processing (such as identifying duplicate files or performing speed tests) is done locally on your device, and no data is transmitted externally.
The Application does not access or collect precise location information from your device.

Features Overview

DzenClean includes the following on-device features:

• Display of device RAM and storage usage
• Detection and removal of duplicate photos, videos, and contacts
• Network speed test (Wi-Fi and cellular)
• Built-in Ai CyberSafe Assistant
• Ability to create a password-protected folder for private files

All features operate entirely on your device and do not involve data transmission to external servers.

No Data Sharing or Tracking

The Application does not use any third-party analytics, tracking services, or advertising SDKs.
There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or payment processing in the Application. Consequently, no data is collected or shared for billing, refund processing, or marketing purposes.

Children's Privacy

The Application is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information through the Application, please contact us at ios@alexarix.com, and we will delete the information immediately.

Security

Although no personal data is collected or transmitted, the Service Provider is committed to protecting the confidentiality of any data processed locally within the Application. Local storage features such as the "secret folder" are protected with app-level password functionality.

Data Retention

As no personal data is collected or stored by the Service Provider, there is no server-side data retention.

Changes to This Policy

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Application after updates constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
