1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the DzenClean mobile application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. App Overview
DzenClean is a utility tool that helps users clean and optimize their iOS devices. The App includes features such as:
- Displaying device RAM and storage usage
- Removing duplicate photos, videos, and contacts
- Conducting internet speed tests (Wi-Fi and cellular)
- Creating a password-protected folder for private files
- Asking safety-related questions via a local AI assistant
All features operate entirely on your device. No personal data is collected or transmitted to external servers.
3. AI Chat & Ticket System
DzenClean includes an AI assistant available through a virtual credit system ("Tickets"):
- Each AI message consumes 1 Ticket
- Every 7 days, users automatically receive 5 free Tickets
- Tickets have no cash value, cannot be purchased, refunded, or transferred
- Tickets are stored locally on the device
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Ticket system at any time.
4. User Conduct
By using the App, you agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful, personal purposes
- Not reverse engineer, copy, modify, or interfere with the App
- Not exploit the App or its features for commercial use
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code in DzenClean are the intellectual property of the developer. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal use only.
6. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developer is not liable for data loss or any damages resulting from your use of the App.
7. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App means you accept any future updates.
